DR. PROFESSOR
HANS J. KEMPE, Ph.D., M.D., N.D. The internationally renowned
scientist, Professor Dr. Hans J. Kempe is the President of PRIME
International AG, in Switzerland, a Research Institute of modulated
energies in the field of biophysics. He obtained a Doctor of
Medicine in Immunology from IUFS and the Russian Medical Military
Academy with honours; M.S. in Mechanical Engineering; B.S. in
Physics; M.S. in Physics; PhD in Biophysics; an N.D. in Naturopathy
from Clayton College of Natural Health; and Board Certified by
the AAMA. Dr. Kempe has spent 10 years with the US-Aerospace
Program/NASA, as one of the lead scientists of K&A Engineering,
design specialist by the DEUTSCH Company, chief engineer of Aero
Electric Connector Inc. and technical consultant to companies
like General Dynamics and G&H Technology. This experience
and studies in the field of Biophysics, paved the way for his
20 years in research of the modulation of the genetic-biophysical
characteristics of the human cell. The discovery of the 62 frequencies
as cell-building blocks and the decoding of the energetic hereditary
substance formula (ME) C2 of organic matter, led him to the development
and invention of the therapeutic GKA-System. Under his leadership,
medical therapy devises, named PXL-100, was designed, built and
later used to treat thousands of cancer patients and other diseases
worldwide. Inspired by the success of the PXL-100, he traveled
to over 40 countries educating over 80,000 people on the use
of his invention through seminars. He has been a staff member
of leading Universities such as Stanford, Humboldt and Mindanao
State University and organized full-scale studies for AIDS, Diabetes,
MS and ALS. The Foundation of Alternative Medicine, Washington,
has recently listed Professor Dr. Kempe and his GKA-System as

of Business Administration; a Doctor of Education (Educational
Administration and Psychology); Doctor of Medicine (Russian Academy
of Science, Medical Faculty); Doctor of Medicine in Psychiatry
and Immunology (Russian Medical Military Academy); he holds the
highest educational honor of "Academician of the Russian
Academy of Science," and he was Awarded the Highest Medal
of Honor, Federation of Astronauts Russia (Yuri Gagarin) and
the "TSIOLKOVSKI's Star". Dr. Hoyer was appointed to
the Russian Federation President's National Health Program as
a Coordinator. He has been appointed to the Russian Federation
State Duma Committee on Sports Medicine and National Safety and

Since 1972,
he has been employed in such diverse areas as law enforcement
where he managed a criminal investigative unit; safety and health
administration; environmental management; safety and security

materials emergency response team. He has worked in the area
of criminal justice client behavioral health management. From
managing the behavior modification and accountability of persons
on probation, parole, and work release programs, to working with
county, state, and federal inmates at community based correctional
facilities. He has been on the Community Advisory Board for a
County Drug Court program for six years.
His community
involvement includes being the Director of Safety and Health
Education for an American Red Cross chapter for five years; as
a New York State Certified Emergency Technology Instructor, taught
medical students, nursing students, and hundreds of thousands
of emergency room medical personnel for eight years.
His work in
the area of community-based corrections with the Federal Bureau
of Prisons and New York State Parole, has afforded him the opportunity
to receive professional credentials in that arena through the
National Association of Forensic Counselors. He holds the Certified

Introduction
Several medical
professionals and investors have asked me to summarize the GKA-System
as theory and explain the function in more layman terminology.
This is my approach.
Medical scientists,
doctors and even politicians are concerned about the development
of the health situation in most recent years. Even with investments
reaching hundreds of billions of dollars yearly, something is
out of order. Diseases and illnesses of past decades successfully
eliminated are back; 30 Million people with MS & ALS; 80
Million people with Aids; 200 million people with Diabetes; 400
Million people with Cancer; 600 Million people with Allergies
- and we still think we know how to do the job! Do we?
Under no circumstances
will I point fingers at the great medical efforts and pharmaceutical
products helping millions of people, but is this really what
make us healthy, cures, treats or even keeps people alive?
What's happens
if "staying healthy" has nothing to do with neither
medical science nor all the 150 thousand medications available
worldwide? What's happens if we, the scientist, have something
overseen? Something so simple it hurts to even thinking about
it? To help the above mentioned over 1 billion people in need,
please study this letter carefully, with logic and make a stand
in the right direction - we are in the 21st.century and the GKA-System
will show us the 22nd.century even as you read this!
When I conclude
in 1979, the "War on Cancer" is wrong, I wrote:
For some reason we, the scientist, do not involve the waste body
mass of the cell water as "important" to study and
investigate because like air - what is so interesting in it?
Water is the most important universal medium, which interlinks
Energy and Information - and the most important fluid to keep
a human body alive! Cell water interacts with the environment
and thru cell water, the electro-magnetical force of the Universe
propels the circulation of creation.
For scientist
and medical doctors I was a dreamer, not logical and unrealistically!
And then came
Dr. Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, a Nobel Laureate of Medicine, and he
wrote:
"Molecules do not have to touch each other to interact.
Energy can flow through the electromagnetical field……
The electromagnetic field along with water forms the matrix of
life!"
Now, against
all odds and after over 20 years of Research & Development
I introduce the GKA-System, a system that interacts with the
water in our body, forms the creative life matrix, moves energy
and information in seconds from head to toe and restores loss
of energy in cells and organs. Diseases only exist because of
cell dysfunction after information and energy is lost - Diseases
don't exist naturally but the incapability of the water molecules
to transport, storage and send Energy and Information throughout
the body. This development led me to the discovery of the 62
Frequencies of the creative human cell structure and to computerized
programs stimulating the function of the healthy cell. Consequently
and after investigating several incurable diseases, I found nothing
which links the disease to abnormal cell functions but to energy
blockages of the Sodium/Potassium Pump and the membranealen Ion-cannels.
This discovery was fundamental, because this proved the suspicion
of the Darwin theory, all life is created regarding the fight
of the fittest: if we humans had cellular dysfunction problems
as we are experiencing today, we, after the creation Human was
completed, would dismiss ourselves in less than 6 decades because
of the missing Drugstores and medical specialist! (Little joke
but please laughing isn't the answer, thinking perhaps!)
 After spending
over 1 Trillion Dollars in Cancer Research without results but
an increase of 6% of cancer fatalities since 1985, why is it
so difficult to accept: we may bark up the wrong tree? How investor
justifying their investments if the reality shows clearly "Discomfort"?
As I consider myself very real, decent and honest so other people,
but if we don't turn around this disastrous curse of investing
decades into something which has not produced results, in 50
years or sooner, our society will dismiss themselves by the Millions
yearly and at the end, the GKA-System (or the CIUM Theory) will
be still under investigation!
Finally, the
GKA-System works strictly with and by the rules of the universe.
The GKA activates the molecules of the water, corrects the Spin
of the Electrons and enables the force to transport Energy and
Information throughout the entire body - and when this is balanced,
the human body function is healthy!

INTRODUCTION
The president, the
government and all progressive public are anxious with sharp
deterioration of health, excess of death rate over birth rate,
unprecedented reduction of life expectancy of Russians and fast
increase of demographic crisis which can bring to ruin the nations.
In this critical situation the problem of improvement of Russians
has turned to the most essential and vital nation-wide problem
(task) demanding the immediate decision. The tragic element of
a situation is aggravated with that traditional approaches to
the decision of these problems, unfortunately, appeared are absolutely
not effective, to what the modern state of health and the life
expectancy of Russians reduced for last years for 20 years testify.
Health of schoolboys has sharply worsened. At 8-10 time the quantity
of diseases of bonemuscular system (osteochondroses, scolioses,
arthrosis, flat feet etc.) has increased. The number of neurosises,
psychoses, allergologists, gastroenteric, cardiovascular and
catarrhal diseases has essentially increased, is especial at
the senior school age. The majority of children has disharmonic
physical development. It is progressively increased alcoholism,
narcotisms and criminality among children and teenagers. All
is more sharply felt increase of demographic crisis in Russia,
which can result in irreversible consequences if today to not
undertake emergency measures. Development and wide introduction
in all kindergartens and schools, the maximum and average educational
institutions, Nakhimov Naval School and Suvorov Military schools,
military schools, in army and on fleet of the newest, profitable
and highly effective sports and preventive technologies is necessary.
On the basis of 30-years fundamental scientific researches by
employees of Problem research laboratory of the St.-Petersburg
state academy of physical training by P.F.Lesgafta and department
of sports of Academy of National Safety develops theoretical
bases and principles of construction such neotechnology, and
also the experimental estimation of their efficiency is carried
out.
Complex sports and preventive neotechnology increases of a level
of intellectual and physical serviceability, efficiency sports
and are intended for harmonization of the person, normalization
psychofunctional conditions, to professional work, adaptability
to adverse conditions of an environment, stress - stability,
general resistance and vitality for preventive maintenance of
desease, a traumatism, improvement and increase of life expectancy

I thank you for your interest in our frequency therapy of the
GKA System
WHAT IS THE GKA?
The GKA is a System that
took 20 years to research, develop and refine. Some refer to
it as the "Fountain of Youth;" "The Door that
Opens the Body's Natural Healing System;" the "Genetic
Igniter that Ignites the Body's Natural Healing" and many
other names.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The GKA takes the natural
body's cell water and puts it back in balance, back into its
natural state of being. This balance then allows the body to
heal it's self naturally. There are no electrodes attached to
the body or any contact to the body whatsoever. The GKA System
is passive therapy buy the patient stepping into a chamber.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Once the body's cell
water is put back into balance, the body more fully recognizes
existing medical treatments, medications and other therapies.
Without the body cell water being placed back into balance, most
traditional medical procedures may fall short of providing the
level of success for the patient. The GKA System has proven to
be successful with and without traditional medicines. However,
we never recommend that patents stop their existing treatments
with their medical doctor.
Throughout the logic
of my discovery and the study of various diseases, it became
clear to me that we all understand ourselves only as a "big
experiment" and, therefore, permanently fiddles and tinkers
about with ourselves and, even worse, permanently experiment
with ourselves. The consequences are disastrous, often fatal!
To understand the scale
of the scientific discovery of the GKA System, one should read
this booklet attentively and look at the problems of our time
in a critical fashion. Very few humans in this world can claim
to be "healthy". We are all living in a critical time
of environmental changes that are causing a lot of trouble, not
only for nature but also, especially for we human beings.
If someone today claims
to be able to cure diseases such as cancer, diabetes, or AIDS
even at an advanced state without medicine he is regarded as
either a wonder doctor, charlatan or as a genius. This is how
deep the doubts are these days that there is "a cure"
with the known methods.
First the most important
question:
· Why can diseases
be treated with frequency therapy?
· Of course the
GKA we doesn't "treat" diseases, but we enable the
healthy body by computer controlled activation of the cellular
potassium-sodium pump to build up healing- and energy impulses.
This in fact "ignites the body's natural healing process."
With our GKA frequency
therapy, described in detail later on, we enable the healthy
part of the human organism by "controlled switching on"
of the potassium-sodium pump to regulate abnormal cellular functions
(medically called diseases). The potassium-sodium pump is located
in the cell membrane and is, like the battery of a car, starting,
charging, and energy storing functions. As with the battery of
a car, the potassium-sodium pump is the most important component
of every functioning cell since cellular energy is produced by
it's functioning and this energy can be exclusively used for
intercellular communication. Functional cellular communication,
in turn, is the most important work of every cell because without
communication, no work can be achieved and without work, no life
exists!
Numbers, facts and solutions
Five years ago, I gave
a lecture to a breast cancer self-help group in California/USA.
All 25 women present were terminally ill with breast cancer.
Provable fact:
m 13 of them came one week later to my clinic in Mexico for in-patient
treatment
m 12 of them are still alive today
m among the 12 women who "first had to check whether it
really works."
m 10 of them died still in the same year and
m 2 of them have survived chemotherapy and amputation of both
breasts.
Ladies and Gentlemen!
Almost every one of the
more than 40.000 in the audiences of my seminars says the same
thing: "Prove that it works and we will come!" My answer
is also always the same: "Since we don't treat the disease
but rather the healthy part of the body, first, nothing negative
can happen, except that, second, nothing positive happens."
Even if we don't "treat
diseases" as orthodox medicine does, one should, however,
understand that an energetically stable body logically has a
better chance to bring an existing disease under control or to
cure it than an energetically unstable one - and this is exactly
what our frequency therapy does. If one was classified as "diseased"
by orthodox medicine, our energy promoting method is always worth
a try. For more than 3.500 patients so far we were the last station,
after the orthodox medicine had "finally treated" them.
If nothing other than
curing can occurs, it is analogical and frankly inhumane for
a patient to wait, examine or not believe in the GKA System,
because they don't know how it works.
Who among us knows, anyway,
how chemotherapy, radiation, and most of the pharmaceuticals
function - yet consume them nevertheless without question?
A process of rethinking
is necessary!
Especially if someone
is already ill, requires a lot of self-motivation, empathy, freedom
and intelligence.
· Maybe, at least
this is what I'm hoping, we can together find the answer to the
real question why we have today in 1998 6 % more deaths from
cancer than in 1982, even though more than a quintillion dollars
were invested worldwide in cancer research by the medical sciences.
· Maybe, at least this is what I'm hoping, someone can
explain to me in a logical way, why today 6 people are living
from one patient, as opposed to three 25 years ago, if we are
all getting "healthier"?
Maybe together we can find the answers to the questions of where
AIDS has come from in 1981, why we have 140 % more diabetics
than in 1986, and why many diseases that we all had already written
off are emerging again. The answer could be: Because we permanently
fiddle and tinker about with even worse, and, ourselves permanently
experiment with our genes, our human genome and ourselves!
Maybe, I hope, we then
can understand better what was written on April, 11, 1998 in
the "Tagesspiegel" about diabetics: "An investigation
that had been conducted over a period of 7 years revealed in
1993 that the European intensive therapy can delay complications
in insulin-dependent diabetics. According to the study, a large
part of the 100 billion dollars each year that are spent in the
USA for the treatment of complications such as kidney failure,
loss of sight, and amputations could be saved with it".
Pleasant news if there wasn't the headline saying, " New
medicine to bring billions into the cashboxes!" One can
only evaluate the situation of diabetics in the right way if
the statistical data from the same article is mentioned. The
World Health Organization estimates that the number of diabetics
will rise from 135 million today to 300 million worldwide in
the year 2025. Adult-onset diabetes will experience the largest
increase. Globally, there will be 215 million affected people
in 2010 - compared to 1997, a growth of 72 percent. What numbers!
What expectations!
Why am I quoting these
numbers?
In order to be able to
understand this booklet and its impulse for healing panic, lack
of understanding and misunderstanding must be replaced by human
logic. This process has to be learned like writing and reading.
Many people try, in order to be in an intelligent position in
front of others, to learn the names of medicines by heart, and
I know patients who have a better medical vocabulary than the
doctor treating them. In consideration of the facts, I wonder
if the key for the solution of our problem does not really lie
here. In other words, when a doctor gets sick he doesn't try
to become a farmer (which could possibly help), but almost all
patients play doctor and try to conduct "medical" research
into their disease.
Thereby, in the patient a negative energetic subconscious develops
which switches over the balancing body-associated energy into
multiplication of the sick cells and away from healing.
Therefore, cells that
show abnormal cell and metabolic functions are very easily shifted
from one condition (healthy) into the other condition (sick)
by "wrong thinking". As good examples, I could name
"Monday-sickness" or "examination-sickness"
in which children can push up their temperature from 37oC to
40oC fever in a matter of seconds if they don't want to go to
school - well known to every mother.

Diagnostics

The concept
" Health - the healthy person " which author is the academician of
Russian Academy of Medical Science A.N.Razumov, is based on new philosophy of
health as fundamental principles of a life and spiritual culture, and also on
understanding of that fact what exactly psychophysiological and the moral
potential of the nation inevitably appears in focus productive socially-guided
a state policy aimed at concentration of necessary forces and means on priority
directions.
Health of
an individual is a condition of an optimum of a measure of adaptation of an
organism to conditions of ability to live.
Health of

Standards
working nowadays (and not only in domestic practice) do not stipulate an
opportunity of measurement of health of an individual.
Probably,
it is caused by that health is the extremely complex object for measurement
since the question is his inconsistent essence. Really, each organism at any
moment of a life is simultaneously steady and changeable, due to continuous
realization of his numerous functions for achievement of the perfect adaptation
and mobilization of physiological reserves.
The
integral property of an organism is environment (habitability) which is subject
to a multiple parameter estimation within the framework of measurement of
health of an individual, alongside with parameter of time. The special, human
factor brings in a phenomenon of measurement of health attributive features of
the person as the social subject (i.e. persons).
Variability
of environment, variability and individual disorder of parameters of a human
body, their coherence (at nonlinearity of these communications) does a problem
of an objective estimation of a state of health of an individual extremely
complex. For this reason the multicomponent characteristic of measured health
should be focused on the system approach on the basis of experimental measuring
procedures.
In applied
aspect of an estimation of health it is obviously important to us the

The instruction for taking place diagnostics
After you
have sat down conveniently in front of the monitor, light is extinguished and
process of diagnostics begins:
1. On the
screen there is a color video clip. You have 15 seconds that it to remember.
It is
recommended: to remember colors, shades of colors, and the general background
of pictures.
It is not
recommended: to remember separate details.
2. In 15
seconds the color scale of the image is completely broken - subjects in a video
clip will stay the same, but color of pictures will exchange. Your problem to
restore a former kind of a video clip. For this purpose under pictures buttons
for work with 6 colors - red, yellow, green, blue, violet and dark blue will
appear. Each color can be added (pressing of the top button of each color) or
to diminish (pressing of the bottom button of each color). At the order you
will have so much time, how many it is required to you. As soon as you solve,
that the video clip on the screen has got an original form, you is pressed

recommended: to try to restore color of separate details.
Remember:
color varies and restored ON ALL SURFACE of the VIDEOCLIP.
3. After
that on the screen will appear a new video clip. Sequence of steps in work with
this clip the same. The program will offer you video clips until will collect
enough information for diagnostics. The quantity of showed video clips changes
from three up to five. After end of work with last video clip diagnostics will
come to the end automatically.

The patient
sits down in front of the monitor of a computer. Beside the operator sits down.
The card of
the patient where it is underlined name and surname, a floor, date of a birth,
weight of a body and the complaint of the patient is filled. After that process
of diagnostics is started directly
If the
patient owns bases of using of the personal computer - restoration of color
scale of video clips - the patient makes performance of the test task itself,
the operator only is present at this process.
If the
patient does not own bases of using of the personal computer in this case the
patient supervises over actions of the operator, specifying to it the sequence
of a choice of colors and intensity of colouring by them by a principle "
red - is more / increase - stop " or " dark blue - less / reduce -
stop ".
Diagnostics
comes to an end the program automatically deducing of results on the monitor.
To the help of the doctor there is a further treatment of the received results
and formations of adequate therapy.
As there is
a process of diagnostics for the doctor.
1.
Interrogation, if necessary survey of the patient, his weighing, filling of a
card of the patient. All this information is used by the program for
construction of primary personal biological model.
2. The
patient in front of the monitor works with system of video clips. Problems of
the patient include restoration of color scale of a video clip.
3. The
program:
· Analyzes
this work on set of parameters - sequence of colors, time of a delay of
actions, character of actions, a final mistake of restoration, etc.)
· Receives
data on functions of a brain surveyed: with what color (light) there are
problems for the given patient - it results in what defects of management, what
deformed Nero-chemical commands are present at the given organism - as thus
internal bodies change, and also estimates features of work of the right and
left hemispheres (work with the abstract and logic information)
· Builds
personal biological model.

estimation of attitudes of the received matrixes. Construction of conclusions
about a condition of functions of a brain of the patient (perception,
imagination, associative thinking, memory, decision-making), definition of
dominating function. Construction of conclusions about a condition of internal
bodies. Construction of conclusions about a condition of an organism as
complete system, his biological age and weight.
5. Deducing
results on the screen of a computer and the printer.
