Entering in
the new century and the new millenium, the authors of this work
give the treatment of a vector-differential equation of a general
theory of a field from a stand of usage of decomposing of one
quantum of trans-parent light of the Sun on 9 quanta of the colored
photons, which is harmonic accepted by human eyes. It resulted
in establishing of essence of originating of time-space continuum
arising in space on the basis of interaction of sys-tems: "Earth
- Sun - Black hole".

the processes of heredity and variation is the capstone in the
system of knowledge about the living organism, the Nature, and
society development, while objective awareness of these processes
could supply the mankind with a mechanism to win over inherited
and acquired diseases, get rid of aggression and wars, and avoid
absurdity in the development of human society. Contents of the theory Heredity is
a property of an organism transferring its characteristics to

Ideas concerning the space as an emptiness, vacuum, as rest substrate have negatively influenced on science development, in particular, on development of our ideas about the Universe. In accessible literature there is nothing known about wave nature of the space. Concerning vacuum, in the majority of works authors don't differ space and vacuum structures, space and vacuum elementary parti-cles from each other by ignorance. An intermediate layer located between the space with its subspaces and vacuum with its sub-vacuum layers has no any descriptions in literature at all. As well there is no any information concerning wave properties of elementary particles of the intermediate layer, vacuum and sub-vacuum layers. It is little known about gravitation. Development of ideas about this type of interaction between bodies has been delayed by A. Einstain postulate, which is, by the way, based on nothing, concerning the possi-ble threshold rate of physical systems components motion. Nature of time, its wave essence is still "Terra incognita" and widely used by philosophers as united and indivisible "space-time". The A. Kozyrev's attempts to break the philosophers' taboo had high cost for the investigator in a private way. Following the A. Einstain's "General theory of relativity" transitions to ultra-little time periods (10-43 - 10-45 c) were worked out. However, it is known that any theory, even very nice and perfect in mathematical way, has boarder conditions of its appliance. Gone into infinity the theory is transformed into a scientific-fantastical hit with "Big explosions", "Swelling" and other horrors as Universe "Crystalization". Any other hypotheses except "Big explosions" and "Revolutionary" transformations are rejected as non-scientific. One has made an attempt on the base of information entering with cosmic communication channels to find out reasons that caused A. Puancare, H. Lorentz and A. Einstain to search for a decision of many problems of the Universe in its geometry. It seems to us that all esoteric books, without exceptions, have no proof about "Big explosion". Why? Such a phenomena could not passed by compilers of, for instance, "Bible", "Bhagavat-Ghita", "Veda" and other esoteric books. Myphes, legends don't confirm "explosion" version of Universe birth as well. These puzzled questions as well as pictures of the Universe produced in microwave range when it (the universe) has appeared as two perfect parabolas have made us to re-consider foundations and offer a new variant of idea concerning the space structure of the closest to Sun stars and planets of Solar system, con-cerning the structure of unorganised space between branched, located layer-by-layer chains of star "polymers", about properties of "oval" rings with stretching treads limiting organized spaces, about frac-tured growth of organized spaces. Also one has considered properties of "wave" stars and planets as well as their "reflections". Structure variations of the mentioned objects are presented and their out-temporal essence is shown. One has given proof of mechanisms of planets and planets-phantoms wave twins formation, some wave characteristics of these unique three-dimensional world formations are given, their evolution is shown. Quasar functions are revealed, their "cleaning" role in the Universe is shown. Quasars by their essence are the typical wave objects. A quasar consists of waves for 95%, the rest is pra-vacuum particles. 43 particles of the total number of pra-vacuum particles (775) are included into quasars. It is known that waste is accumulated in any isolated functioning system, and it spoils the system and re-duces the index of useful action (?) of its components, if it is not removed by any mean. To avoid spoiling the Universe system with negative products of life - minus energy, in particular, necro-energy, quasars were created 488 - 843 years before. For example, 3C285, 3C1246. The summary quan-tity of energy of four considered quasars selected for all the period of their existence varies from 2,7 * 1073 to 4,7 * 1089 J. It is also known that quasars irradiate within all electro-magnetic range, in spite of this infra-red ("heat") irradiation of their majority is especially powerful. Apparently, quasars transform some other types of en-ergy (minus-energy, necro-energy) into safe one electro-magnetic waves of long-wave spectrum for pro-tein intellect life and civilizations. By the way, the share of roentgen waves is about 0,32% of total power flux of the quasars majority. In our Universe 7886 quasars function at all. In 1999 it was known about ex-istence of 2584 quasars. Wave properties of spaces (S), subspaces (SS) of multi-dimensional worlds are described. The special attention here was paid to wave properties of spaces and subspaces in comparative aspect of three-dimensional and four-dimensional worlds. Wave properties of reper (?) elementary particles in spaces and subspaces of three-dimensional and four-dimensional worlds are considered. One has described the mechanism of the third and fifth subspaces coupling to the first and the second subspaces functioning on Earth in February 1999. The hypothesis about connection of two new subspaces coupling with possible Earth transition from the three-dimensional world into the four-dimensional one is proven. The information concerning wave properties of the irrational space is of especial interest. It is known that transition into the irrational space through the zero point of the space takes place at quarks level. Quarks are able to pass turned inside out through the zero point or streamline it from outside. Some features of reper particles wave properties and mathematical interpretation of wave dynamic system of irrational space are presented. Transition of space quarks into the irrational space is followed by mass loss which creates a necessary energetic impulse by partial annihilation of quark and anti-quark (the final of spontaneous division of nu-cleus) for transition through energetic barriers. The first energy barrier appears with exit from the space. A cell of the space formed by energetic whirls makes the first shield. It is known a cell of the space has dimension 1,0 * 10-35 m, if we will compare this value with quarks dimensions it will be clear that the cell of the space will be able to mechanically arrest all quarks in fact. Thus, the "largest" of them - proton one - has a diameter of 1,0 * 10-28 m, its size is three orders larger than space cell dimensions. Passing through the first barrier energetic "height" of which is 19,4 MeV, the quark is still keeping con-nection with chronon (?) diameter of which is 2,1 * 10-44 m. However, after the barrier the chronon losses, some-how, its influence on quark because of its smallness, a part of chronon connections becomes non-required. Therefore, the second energetic barrier - the barrier of irrational space, "height" of which is equivalent to 24,2 * 104 HeV, becomes an irresistible obstacle for the chronon, and it disconnects from the quark at the moment of its "turning out" through the point. The chronon dimensions of which exceeds the size of irrational space cell of 1,4 * 10-45 m can not me-chanically come over this barrier, and it returns back to vacuum as a free chronon which is activated in it by mesotron and S-prilton (?), and being activated from the second attempt it transits into irrational space turning further into an ansion (?) - a particle of past. One has given a formula to calculate transparence of irrational space barrier for space quarks and value of energy formed with annihilation of ? quarks and ? anti-quarks with spontaneous division at its final stage. Quantity of energy per one act of annihilation corresponds to 2,0 * 106 MeV or 2 * 1012 eV. Role of irrational space in phase transitions, quantum jumps, "wave contraction" decay is shown. Wave properties of vacuum particles in vacuum and sub-vacuum levels of three- and four-dimensional worlds are considered as well as of worlds of other dimensions. As an example reparation vacuum quarks with their wave characteristics are chosen. It is known from papers by V. Zlobin and V. Fedotova (1998) that soliton wave carries an information which order of "space" (in vacuum meaning) location is preferable at this or that quantum level of vac-uum at this or that moment of time. In case when "disorders" occur necessary correction, i.e. vacuum structure reformation except valent vac-uum quarks, is specially realized by reparation vacuum quarks. The soliton wave is a signal and exciting (initial) wave for reparation vacuum quarks and their own fre-quencies determine a location and character of reparation operation. Five of ten reparation vacuum quarks interact with psi-particles: shining, radiant, wave, intermittent and hot one. Wave gravitation interactions and mechanisms of positive mass transition into negative are considered in details as well as saturation of Earth spheres with gravitons. It is shown that when positive mass transits through the energetic barrier forming standing waves at the barrier gravitons reflect from it as anti-gravitons giving mass here negative properties, i.e. properties opposite to attraction. All other mass parameters, in particular chronal, stay intact ones, i.e. the same. The substance exists, acceleration as a measure of inertia remains. The intermediate layer can shield gravitons, particles formed with interaction of time "drop" with gravitation wave, psi-fields and some minerals can shield quintonats. A mechanism of graviton transformation into anti-graviton is interesting. When reach the shield in imagi-nary area a graviton transits into an anti-graviton via singularity. In spite of this connection of the anti-graviton with mass remains but it (mass) becomes contrary charged by a charge (gravitation charge) and shows a property of pushing off material bodies. To come over the singularity barrier in the transition point (0,0) 1 kg of mass requires energy that is equal to 7,5 * 1019 J. For comparison, to make transition into the irrational space 1 kg of mass requires energy 7,4 * 1089 J. The I. Newton's gravitation potential requiring "infinite large rate" of gravitation interaction has received confirmation. The wave of "space-time curvature" and gravitation waves meet this requirement, they have finite but "infinite large rate" of interaction commensurable with Universe dimensions. Wave properties of elementary chronons of Time-Universe determine its continuity while connected chronons fluxes form discrete spectrum with blanks in wavelengths. The chronons, in particular, are ab-sent in wave ranges 10-49 - 10-51 m, 10-53 - 10-55 m, 10-57 - 10-59 m, 10-61 - 10-63 m, 10-65 - 10-67 m, 10-69 - 10-71 m and further a large range of time-out from 10-73 to 10-81 m. Namely in these ranges "wave" planets and planets-"reflections" are located. There is no time current in our meaning there, on those planets there are elementary chronons only but they are responsible for time evolution of the Universe and don't de-termine local time current. Wave characteristics are given and structures of futurons - particles of future and anepons - particles of past are described. The latter as it is known inhabit planet-"phantoms". Analysis of informational fluxes within n-dimensional worlds is of special interest. In particular, one has determined the presence of not less than 60 fluxes of dilatons - Mind particles within 3-25-dimensional worlds. 20 fluxes of them interact with psi-particles only. Beginning from 43-th and finishing by 60-th the "silence zone" is located. The structure of informion - particle of an information is described in details , its wave characteristics and other properties are present. One has considered variants of collection of informion - particle of an infor-mation - equivalent of an information bit. It is shown, in particular, that a beam of threads in a flux brings a receiver all necessary information in binary code. Durability of an information thread which consists of the positive charge and vacations is 2,4 * 10120 J, so that the thread isn't destroyed in the Chaos but takes participation in its organizing. Wave properties of psi-particles are examined in descending - "ordering" and ascending - "about execu-tion" fluxes. The ascending fluxes of psi-particles have wavelengths on several orders less than wave-lengths in a descending "divine" flux. Psi-energy and psi-particles are elements of a human informational field. They are inherent to a human and their birth in planet scale is connected to functioning of alive be-ings possessing intellect. This is the one of differences between an intellect alive and a simply alive. Informational fluxes within the Universe are formed by Universe and Space Mind. One has attempted to evaluate the possibility of quantum transitions into worlds of the highest dimen-sions. It has occurred that the Fourje (???) - transformation can be used for description of particles behav-iour when reaching the energetic barrier. As far as a particle rate is increasing and it is reaching the light rate the first barrier potential is going to its limit. The latter is equal to 43,3712122 * 1013 J. From a side of the four-dimensional world there is the second barrier. Its energy is equivalent to 43,3712122 * 1013 J. For unit proton energy of transition through the first and the second barriers between the three-dimensional and four-dimensional corresponds to 8,2 * 10-12 J and 8,2 * 10-12 J, that as total is 1,64 * 10-11 J. For neutrons the transition energy is 4,1 * 10-12 J and 4,1 * 10-12 J, totally - 8,2 * 10-12 J. Structure features of the barriers between worlds are described. Photons, any quantums, free chronons, elementary particles which has no start up to the "critical" rates can not overcome these barriers. It is shown that the barriers consist of two-layer threads of monotonously repeating informions. It has ap-peared also that worlds from the third up to the 11-th dimensioning have two-layer barrier and from the 11-th dimensioning up to the 25-th included the boarder between the words is presented by one-layer hec-sagonal structure of informions. A transition between the worlds within physical bodies can be realized with a deep inner (at quarks level) reconstruction of material substrate only. A formula of transition from one world to another is obtained. The task of 1 kg mass transition of the three-dimensional world into the nine-dimensional one has been solved numerically. The results show that only 17 mg of the mass will transit into the nine-dimensional world. The rest mass will be dissipated over the other worlds as expenditures to overcome barriers from informions. Definitions of transition constants between the worlds are formulated. They determine zones of interac-tion between them and areas of possible transitions from one dimension to another without energetic losses. A variant of Earth transition from the third dimension into the fourth one via quantum jumps is discussed in detail. One has listed the prognostic table of Earth nucleus temperature rising with quantum jumps from the initial temperature 13827°C up to 31300°C - with the eighth jump. It is shown that quantum jumps if they will take place will have a negative effect on flora and fauna of Earth. Structure of the Universe and multi-dimensional worlds is discussed. One has considered a possibility of Universe likening to a biological cell of huge sizes. Calculation of mutation surface of three-dimension world elliptic paraboloids according to Thompson's formula with parameters of Universe "sleeves" is given. The complicated structure of multi-dimensional Universe and direct proofs of impossibility of so high initial substrate density "1093 g/sm3 necessary for giving proof of "Swelling Universe" and the initial den-sity of substrate which is equal to 1,2 * 10122 kg/m3 ("a baseball ball" - the compressed Universe) neces-sary for "Large explosion" bring evidence of initial postulates inaccuracy and impossibility of realization of mentioned above phenomena. Obvious paraboloids of the three-dimensional Universe received in experiments " Relict-83" and "COBE-DMR" confirm inaccuracy of the postulates as well, "explosion" and shape of the Universe have nothing in common with each other. Analysis of A. Puankare's, H. Lorentz's, A. Einstain's points of view shows that they also had considered the Universe birth as some geometrical construction where time, space and masses of interacting bodies and fields are united. The closest script to the true one is the following: the Chaos undergoes an informational organisation and periodically "ripens" for quantum-time transformation. Chaos "ripening" is cycle phenomena and realiza-tion of a transition via "singularity" within time period 10-42 - 10-42 c leads to star formation, for instance, age of stars in Pleyads (???) doesn't exceeds 78 million years. The transition via singularity within time interval 10-50 - 10-52 c leads to formation of a galaxy and within an interval 10-58 - 10-60 c "the Universe" is born. Ignorance of structure and properties of space with its subspaces, ignorance of features of non-organized space with its remarkable properties to reflect without distortions or with distortions of Universe objects in curved mirrors have resulted and result to incorrect understanding of World Creation as a whole.
